Fender Electric 12
Rickenbackers are arguably more photogenic but the Fender Electric 12 was clearly a players' choice, used by both Pete Townshend and Jimmy Page. This example is a transitional 1966 model with an unbound dot neck, Fender 'F' tuners and original orange-lined case. That gorgeous, woven strap is a genuine period Fender accessory, the blue version of the red one worn by Jimi Hendrix at Woodstock.
The Vox AC30 is a copper-panel example, dating from around February/March 1963 - JMI's golden era. It's a non top-boost version with original Celestion blue speakers, Mullard valves and Woden transformers. Although recovered in the 1970s the cabinet sides still have the mounting holes from a Beatles-era chrome stand.
